The Sixth Asian Development Forum – Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo

IPS Executive Director, Dr. Saman Kelegma delivered the keynote address at the  Sixth Asian Development Forum which was held in Colombo under the theme of “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: Voice from Asia”.

National policy changes required and enhancing global partnership for the implementation of 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs) as well as key issues for inclusive growth in Asia such as infrastructure development and industrial human resource development were discussed from the perspectives of Asian countries in the meeting.

Minister of Finance, Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, and Vice President of ADB, Bambang Susantono graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, respectively.
