The 12th US-Sri Lanka TIFA Council Meeting – Washington D.C., USA

IPS Executive Director, Dr. Saman Kelegama was a part of the Sri Lankan delegation, which represented the 12th US – Sri Lanka Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) Council Meeting in Washington, which adopted a path breaking Action Plan to boost bilateral trade and investment. The delegation was headed by Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama who also co-chaired the Council meeting along with United States Trade Representative Michael Froman.
