IPS Executive Director, Dr. Saman Kelegma made the keynote address at a seminar on ‘Liberalization of Professional Services, Challenges & Opportunities, Risks & Safeguards’, organized the by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICA Sri Lanka). Leading professional figures from diverse sectors came together to share their thoughts at the interactive seminar held in Colombo.

The seminar which was held at ICA Sri Lanka, Colombo, shed important insight on the progress and the future outlook of the liberalization of professional services in Sri Lanka, along with the prevalent challenges, opportunities, risks and safeguards in the current context. Representatives of professional and business communities, members of the organisation of professional associations, chambers of commerce, and government departments were present at the event.
