Ruwan Samaraweera is a Research Officer working on environmental and natural resource economics policy research at IPS. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Export Agriculture (Second Upper) from Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka. His research interests are in environmental economics, agricultural economics and climate change. He is currently reading for an MSc in Agricultural Economics at the University of Peradeniya.
