Chamini Thilanka is a Research Assistant at IPS and a member of Sri Lanka Economic Association (SLEA). She holds a BA and a MA in Economics from the University of Peradeniya. She has also completed the World of Japanese Contemporary Culture (WJC) program at Fukuoka Women’s University, Japan and is a Visiting Lecturer at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
