Presentation on the Colombo Port City

The Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, CHEC Port City Colombo (PVT) Ltd., Liang Thow Ming, provided an overview of the Colombo Port City Project, at the IPS Conference Room.  Ming spoke of policy implications and the future of the project, which has generated much discussion in Sri Lanka in the recent past. He also stressed the importance of the government formulating policies that attracts more foreign investment.
