Executive Director gave a lecture on “SAARC: Recent Trends and Developments” at a seminar organized by the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), Colombo on 26 June, 2007.
Former Foreign Secretary and Secretary General of SAARC, Nihal Rodrigo and Director of South Asian Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sarala Fernando, were the other speakers. The seminar was chaired by Prof. Laksiri Fernando, Senior Professor, Department of Political Science and Public Policy, University of Colombo.
