IPS Participates in the TTI Exchange 2018 (TTIX)

IPS participated in the TTI Exchange 2018 (TTIX), held in Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel, on 12 – 14 November 2018. The event focused on the theme ‘Sustainable Organisations for Sustainable Development:  Into the Future – How Can Think Tanks Continue to Contribute to Building More Equitable and Prosperous Societies?’.

After almost a decade of organisational support, the Think Tank Initiative brought together representatives of thinktanks, policymakers, donors, and other research-to-policy actors for a final Think Tank Initiative Exchange to mark the last year of the program.

IPS Executive Director, Dushni Weerakoon, Executive Director of IPS was a panelist in the session on Environment, Agriculture, and Climate Change while IPS Director of Research, Nisha Arunatilake, was co-chair in the Global Migration Crisis session. Meanwhile, IPS Research Fellow, Janaka Wijayasiri, took part in the Think Tanks Making a Difference: A Market Place to showcase IPS research, policy engagement, and outreach.
