Executive Director presented a paper on “South Asian Regionalism: A Sri Lankan Perspective” at an international conference on “Does South Asia Exist? Prospects for Regionalism in South Asia” organized by the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Centre at Stanford University and the Observer Research Foundation of India. The conference took place at Stanford University, California, U.S.A., 19-20 June, 2008.
