Discussion on the Relevance of the Urban Planning Guidelines

IPS Research Fellow, Dr. Bilesha Weeraratne was a panelist at discussion on ‘The Relevance of the Urban Planning Guidelines in the Context of Sri Lanka’s Western Region Megapolis Master Plan’ organized by the UN-Habitat. The panel discussion was held at the National Launch of the UN-Habitat publications on International Guidelines on Urban and Territorial Planning, & the State of the Asian & Pacific Cities 2015, at Water’s Edge, Battaramulla on 25th February 2016.
