Companies in Sri Lanka Require Different Types of Tech-policy Support – Dr Nisha Arunatilake

Different types of policy support are needed to enable companies in Sri Lanka to adopt new technology easily and for service providers to implement it at scale according to Dr Nisha Arunatilake. Some of these include investing in human resources, investing in digital infrastructure, modernising the legal environment to support issues such as data privacy, and facilitating innovative partnerships. Dr Arunatilake made these remarks at the annual conference of the Sri Lanka Association for Software Services Companies (SLASSCOM) held via Zoom.
