On the sidelines of the closing day of the recently concluded 5th South Asia Economic Summit in Islamabad, Pakistan, the Editor of Talking Economics caught up with Executive Director of the IPS, Dr. Saman Kelegama, to get his views on the proceedings of the summit, the purpose of the SAES, and the challenges and opportunities facing the South Asian region moving forward.
