Roshini Jayaweera joined the IPS in 2006 and is currently serving as a Research Officer. Her key research interests are in the areas of poverty impact assessment, development studies, social security, microfinance, micro-insurance, and migration where she has been involved in a number of projects and national level surveys. She holds a BA (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and an MSc in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
