Manoj Thibbotuwawa is currently a Research Officer at the IPS. His key research interests are in the areas of agriculture, agricultural trade, and environmental and natural resources. He received his BSc (Agriculture) with Honours from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and a MSc (Agricultural Economics) from the Post Graduate Institute of Agriculture, Sri Lanka. He has obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in “Modeling and Accounting for Sustainable Development” from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands.
