Return of Items
IPS will only authorize returns if the publications have been damaged in transit and this will depend entirely on the mode of delivery of such items. Customers are requested to advise the Institute of such situations within seven (7) days of receipt by contacting IPS by phone, fax or e-mail. Items must be returned with a copy of the relevant invoice. All communications can be forwarded to the Publication Officer at po@ips.lk

Order Cancellations
IPS will accept order cancellations for items not yet dispatched, without customers incurring a penalty charge.

Delivery Charges

Courier Service for International Customers
This service will be provided on application. Customers are strongly advised to contact the Publications Unit of the IPS and obtain relevant courier charges prior to the order. For approximate charges refer the courier charges table. and zone card.

When ordering by e-mail, fax or post, please ensure that the following information is provided.

• Your name and any additional contact names
• Your postal address, delivery address, and invoice address (if different from each other)
• Your e-mail address, your phone and fax numbers
• Your preferred dispatch method
• Your payment method

Payment Methods

You can make your payments through wire transfer or by sending a draft in favour of the “Institute of Policy Studies”. Customers are advised to make their payments preferably in US Dollars or Euro. In this instance we require the customer to send a copy of the deposit slip either by fax or by post to the Publication Officer, Publications Unit, clearly indicating the invoice number to which your payment refers. On receipt of payment, we will dispatch the publications.
