The collection consists of books, Sri Lankan and international journals (print & electronic), pamphlets, news clippings, online databases. The library has a comprehensive collection of Sri Lankan publications, including grey literature.

Contains books, unpublished reports, and notes on seminars on current economic topics.

Contains local, regional and international journals. In addition, an index of local journal articles is available for search on request.

Newspaper Clippings

Contains newspaper articles relevant to policy areas researched by IPS collected from local newspapers. The collection dates back to 1999. A search facility is available for external users on request.

MIMAP
This database was created as part of the project on Micro Impacts of Macroeconomic Adjustments Policies (MIMAP) undertaken by the Poverty Unit at IPS with the aim of creating a national repository on poverty related research. The database contains books, journal articles, collected volume articles, reports, proceedings etc., on poverty and structural adjustments.
