This is the second volume of the IPS’ climate change magazine, consisting of articles from the IPS CLIMATEnet Blog that looks at many areas of climate change impacts. The publication is centred around policies and strategies for ‘green growth’ – exploring new avenues of growth that ensure continuity of the natural capital stock – which covers three broad areas of interest:

i) Innovation and adoption of the right technical solutions;
ii) Policies for getting the structure of incentives right;
iii) Policies for setting up the right institutions.

This volume examines and discusses in-depth strategies, especially in the paddy sector, tourism sector, energy sector, and water sector.
