Yashora Gunawardana

Yashora Gunawardena is a Research Assistant working on migration and urbanisation policy research at IPS. She holds a BA in Economics with first-class honours from the Department of Economics and Statistics, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Her research interests include migration and remittances, inward migration and tourism, urbanisation and internal migration, migration and development, labour markets, women and workforce, skills and education. She is currently pursuing Corporate Level qualifications at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
