Sulochana Silva

Sulochana Silva is a Research Officer working on Environment, Natural Resources & Climate Change policy at the IPS. She holds a BSc Honours degree in Agricultural Technology and Management from the University of Peradeniya. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. She has contributed to research projects affiliated with organisations such as IDRC, ICIMOD, RESET, IPE – Global and Vital Strategies.
