Dinithi Athulathmudali

Dinithi Athulathmudali is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS), where she works on health, education, and labour policy.

She holds a BA in Economics with First-Class Honours from the University of Colombo, where she was conferred the Best Student in Economics Award by the Department of Economics and recognised as the Most Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Colombo.

Dinithi is the recipient of the Saman Kelegama Research Grant in 2025 and the Japan Mitsubishi UFJ Foundation Scholarship for Academic Excellence in 2023.
