Speaking at the event IPS Executive Director, Dr. Saman Kelegama emphasized the importance of addressing the non-tariff barriers together with tariffs when negotiating the China-Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement, drawing upon lessons from the Indo-Lanka Free Trade Agreement.
